I've had this song stuck in my head for ages, though I don't know the lyrics or the artist

Alright, I can't remember much about it because I only caught a snippet of it once and I was humming the tune of it for years after. I first heard it between the year 1995-1997 , it might have even been some sort of commercial for perfume because thats what the video looked like. The video is all in black and white that is in a blue hue, theres an attractive woman with short black hair slicked to her head in a black dress walking out of what looks like a subway, she looks french, and starts walking down the street . . . and thats all I remember of video. The lyrics are sung by a woman and sound French and the bridge of the song is mostly composed of "ooh ooh ooh ooh oooh oooh" three times, then the lyrics and the music stop for a second and she sings something more in what sounds to be French. The melody of the song is comprised of what sounds like violins and mostly pianos but had a very subtle but nice beat to it. I doubt anyone can name it but it can't hurt to ask right?

I've had this song stuck in my head for ages, though I don't know the lyrics or the artist . . . HELP?

What a fine mess I got myself into this time,

Who'd of thought a guy like me would crumble,

I'm sure that not a soul would ever guess that I'm,

Finding it hard to even stumble.

I used to think that I was strong,

I used to think the world revolved around me,

Never thought that I was wrong,

And this big foot doll almost drowned me.

But I'm breaking out of my routine,

And about time that I come clean,

And It's all good and it's all new,

Let's re-introduce myself to you,

No trouble that I'm in,

There's no way that I can't win,

And a good man I will be,

Once I learn it's not all about me.

There was a day when the walls were covered with my face,

Walking through you'd think it was my mothers,

There was not a single hair out of place,

One eyebrow just a little bit higher than the other.

I used to think that I was cool,

I used to think the world was for the taking,

Going to a brand new school,

Look at all the friends I'm making.

'Cuz I'm breaking out of my routine,

And about time that I come clean,

And It's all good and it's all new,

Let's re-introduce myself to you,

No trouble that I'm in,

There's No way that I can't win,

And a good man I will be,

Once I learn it's not all about me

Myself and I.

Yes, we made a deal,

To become a better man,

So throw away the books and just,

Do it by feel.

'Cuz I'm breaking out of my routine,

And about time that I come clean,

And It's all good and it's all new,

Let's re-introduce myself to you,

No trouble that I'm in,

There's no way that I cant win,

And a good man I will be,

Once I learn it's not all about me.

Breaking out of my routine,

And about time that I come clean,

And It's all good and it's all new,

Let's re-introduce myself to you,

No trouble that I'm in,

There's no way that I cant win,

And a good man I will be,

Once I learn it's not all about me.
