This is a song I listened to in college - so it was released some time between 98 and 02 (can't remember which year). All I remember is the video was played on mtv (but not often) and I think it featured a girl with curly hair on a beach. I think she was an Israeli.
Also, the only lyrics I remember are "kiss kiss", which was like the chorus. I know this isn't much information....please help!
