Help with 80s or early 90s song... what is it??

I am thinking of a song from the 80s/early 90s possibly. Is like and 80s pop song, upbeat, dancable, sythesizers, sort of reminiscent of Hurt So Good by John Cougar Mellencamp except its more pop than rock, and the only lyrics I can remember is somewhere in the verse it says blonde hair. Can anyone give me any idea as to what it might be? Thanks!

I'm leaning towards the above answer more though (Wild Wild West)....thats sounds more like Mellencamp than this song.
